| The
graphic above captures another perspective on the design of The
Phoenix.
Featured on the right side of the drawing are the Building D verandas
that extend 11 feet towards the Caribbean. Featured on the left
side of the drawing and in the background are the cascading verandas
of Building A that will provide unobstructed Caribbean views for
each residence. In the center of the graphic is our large central
pool. Featured in foreground is a landscaped sea wall which will
serve as a useful and protective barrier from erosion caused by
the tides.
Throughout the drawing can also be seen the beautiful wooden pergolas
that will extend over the third floor verandas of each residence.
These peruglas will provide dramatic and elegant contrast to the
white stucco exterior of the condos and colorful tropical landscaping
on the property. In addition, the pergulas will have sheets of canvas
that can be extended to create additional shade for guests and owners
occupying these third floor residences.
The drawing above was sketched in pencil on paper, measures 18 by
24 inches, and is mounted in our Sales Office. It was commisioned
from an accomplished local artist who lives in San Pedro. For inspiration,
the artist used used the architectural drawings of The Phoenix and
vegetation native to the land and island to arrive at his representation
for what The Phoenix will look like when construction is complete.
For the purposes of highlighting the architectural design of The
Phoenix in this drawing, certain aspects of the landscaping plan
for The Phoenix were not included, such as the lush tropical landscaping
The Phoenix will have around the pool and throughout the property,
the privacy barrier composed of natural vegetation that will run
along the length of the property between the resort and the Caribbean,
and the white sand beach that exists between the sea wall and the
property of The Phoenix.
