Rendering of the Lap Pool and Grounds at The Phoenix resort in Belize

The rendering above is a perspective of The Phoenix's pools and grounds viewed from the rooftop of Building B. The pools were completed in March 2008 and we have also posted pictures from May 2008 of the current state of the pools and grounds.

In the forefront is The Phoenix's Lap Pool that. This pool is 55' long, 12' wide, and 4' in depth. At the eastern end of the pool, seen at center, there is a U-shaped bench situated under a shaded canopy. This area will be an ideal place for relaxing, as will the entire pool, when it is not being used for exercise. When illuminated at night this pool will also create a very pleasing visual for Phoenix Owners and guests in Buildings A & B.

At left is the Maya temple-inspired main staircase of Building C that provides access to second and third floor condos. At right are featured the spacious verandas offered by the condos in Building A. These verandas range from 400 sq. ft. to 1,115 sq. ft. of private outdoor space, and each offer expansive Caribbean views. As of May 2008 three of these condos remain for sale.

In the distance can be seen the Main Pool of The Phoenix and the beautiful aquamarine Caribbean Sea.

The features of the Main Pool are explained on this page.
