The picture above was taken of The Phoenix property in the fall of 2004 from the end of our dock. The Phoenix will provide over 300 feet of the palm-lined Caribbean beachfront to its owners and guests. A new dock will be built in front of the property. Along this dock will be a dive shop offering snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, and various day trips to other islands and the mainland of Belize. The dock will also offer an area for lounging and roped-off area in the Caribbean for swimming and snorkeling.

In designing the layout of our condos, pools, and other facilities, we have worked very hard to keep as much of the native vegetation on our property as possible. While additional landscaping at the conclusion of construction will be important to creating this tropical resort experience, we're very fortunate to have numerous palm trees and large stretches of white sand to start with--especially considering our prime location right in San Pedro. This combination will help us create a unique vacation experience of a secluded beachfront resort just seconds away from the restaurants, markets, and shops of San Pedro.
