What are the terms of payment? |
The
Phoenix is currently selling its condos at construction prices
for payments made in cash or with 10% down and the balance paid
in installments over six months. Alternate terms can be arranged
upon request. |

Can
an Owner live at The Phoenix? |
Yes.
The Phoenix will be both a luxurious condo resort open to vacationers
on Ambergris Caye, as well as an exclusive resort community some
Owners will call home for part or all of the year. The Phoenix puts no restrictions on the amount of time an Owner can occupy their condo. When not Owner-occupied, we encourage Owners to rent their condo through Phoenix Management to maximize the return on their investment. |
