our crew applies grout between the tiles on the veranda
of first floor condo D1. Ground level at The Phoenix will
eventually be raised to one step below the veranda height.
This has been done to prevent flooding and it allows us
to grade the property to create ideal drainage conditions,
as well as create nicer views from our first floor condos.
