The Phoenix is an ideal destination for couples or families looking for a luxurious getaway and also comfortably accommodates larger groups such as wedding parties and family reunions.

Spacious Condos: The Phoenix features 30 beautifully-finished and spacious condominiums suites, including three 1 BR condos, 24 2 BR condos, and three 3 BR condos. Interior floor plans range from 1,325 to 1,835 square feet, and each condo’s private veranda is between 355 to 1,115 square feet. The Phoenix offers the largest resort accommodations on the island which are ideal for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. The resort was designed so that the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean can be seen from each condo and everywhere else on the property.

In Room Amenities: The condominium suites at The Phoenix offer a contemporary tropical furnishing package featuring local hardwood cabinetry & doors and custom made Belizean furniture. Each condo is also finished with granite and marble countertops, large showers and Jacuzzi tubs, GE stainless steel appliances and Kohler fixtures, and offers flat screen televisions, DVD players, central air conditioning, and other amenities. The Phoenix is also proud to be the only resort licensed to carry Aveda bath and body products in Belize. The condominium suties are an elegant combination of authentic Belizean craftsmanship and the comforts that our most discerning guests would expect.
The Phoenix now also offers complimentary use of ipads, Kindles, and Wiis to its
guests. Supplies are limited and available on a first come first serve basis.

Red Ginger Restaurant: Our on-site restaurant Red Ginger serves critically acclaimed gourmet food for lunch and dinner. Service is available inside our air conditioned main dining room, outside at the restaurant’s garden patio, poolside at our pool bar, or in condo via room service. No other resort on Ambergris Caye offers this range of dining options to its guests. The menu of Red Ginger serves innovative versions of Belizean and Caribbean cuisine as well as dishes popular in North America.

Sol Spa: Sol Spa, our on-site spa, is San Pedro’s most popular full service day spa and has developed a loyal following over the past six years serving the community of San Pedro. A wide range of services are available inside the beautiful air conditioned treatment rooms of the spa, inside a guest’s condo, or on a guest’s private Caribbean-facing veranda.

Our Pools: At the center of the property are two gorgeous saline pools, a spacious two-tiered main pool with an infinity edge, and a separate lap pool. The Phoenix is the only resort in San Pedro with two pools and one of the only resorts in the country with two pools. The saline pools are much gentler on guests’ skin, hair, and eyes than traditional chlorine pools. We also have a pool bar that is open everyday providing food and drink service. Large pool decks surround both pools and many chaise lounge chairs are available poolside for guests to enjoy.

Our Location: The prime location of The Phoenix means our resort is just a few steps away the best shopping, dining, and nightlife that Ambergris Caye has to offer. Our location makes it easy for guests of The Phoenix to explore the charming town of San Pedro and relax in the luxury of The Phoenix each night without the need to take a water taxi or a long golf cart ride to and from town, as is necessary traveling from other resorts further north and south of San Pedro.

Additional Resort Amenities: The Phoenix also offers its guests the only on-site fitness center on Ambergris Caye, as well as a business center, trip and tour planning, 24 hour Front Desk service, yoga classes, complimentary airport transfer in San Pedro, daily cleaning in its rooms, and other services.
