The restaurant is named after a beautiful flower native to Belize that is a favorite of the McDermott family, the group behind Red Ginger and The Phoenix Resort.

Red Ginger is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11:30am to 2:30pm and 6:00pm to 9:30pm. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.
