Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Deposit & Payment Policy:
To confirm a reservation a deposit of one night's stay + 9% hotel tax is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings make within 30 days of arrival payment in full is required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Full refund if cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival. Credit towards future stay valid for one year if cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. A 5% handling fee will be charged for all refunds. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, or weather related delays or cancellations, including hurricanes. Travel insurance is recommended and can be purchased through Travel Guard International: www.travelguard.com.
