The third floor slab of Building C was poured in mid November.

C1's veranda is a shaded retreat thanks
to C3's veranda located directly above.

C1 is the first floor condo pictured here.

C1's spacious living room and kitchen
area look out towards the Caribbean.

The walls of the master bedroom have been rough plastered.

C1's master bedroom provides direct access to the condo's veranda.
