A6 Construction Progress - November 2006

A6 is the second floor condo located between
beachfront condo A5 and the main staircase of Building A.

A6's boasts a 770 square foot private veranda. The living room
and both bedrooms of A6 provide private access to this veranda.

The rough plastering of the living room and kitchen area is complete.

The installation of the veranda's drop ceiling is nearly complete.

The finish plaster in the guest bedroom is also complete.

A6 offers a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet.

A6 is one of many non "beachfront" condos at The Phoenix that are
being built close to the water and offer terrific Caribbean views.
