The Phoenix Model Condo 2008 - 1
Condo D3 is presently functioning as our model condo. D3 is the second floor condo seen here on the corner of Building D.	Each Phoenix condo is sold fully-furnished. The deluxe furnishing package is featured in our model condo.
Each Phoenix condo features 8' high exterior windows and doors. They are part of the Visions 2000 line made by Weathershield.	These large windows and doors are meant to bring the outside inside each Phoenix condo.
Each condo comes equipped with two couches made here in Belize, one of which opens up into a queen bed.	Each Phoenix condo was designed to have the kitchen open up into the living room, creating one large great room ideal for socialization.
The kitchens features an island that offers a drop down countertop at dining chair height.	Each kitchen offers Belizean hardwood cabinetry, GE stain- less steel appliances, granite countertops, and Kohler fixtures.
Each master bathroom provides two sinks and a large floating shelf above to create more surface area for bath products or furnishings.	The bathrooms of The Phoenix are all finished with marble countertops and Kohler fixtures.
Each master bathroom also offers a spacious Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.	The guest bathrooms of the The Phoenix feature the same high quality finish work found in the master bathrooms.
