The Phoenix viewed from the Caribbean in September 2007.	The Phoenix property has an abundance of palm trees lining its beachfront.
Building A is pictured at left and Building D can be seen at right.	Building A's 12 condos all offer expansive Caribbean views.
The beachfront of The Phoenix is 300' long and 30' wide.	Building D's six condos can be seen here behind three large palm trees.
At the center of The Phoenix property is a large courtyard where our two pools will be built starting next month.	The painting of every face of Building A is now complete.
Next our crew will begin installing wooden pergolas above the third floor condos.	The back hallways of Building A are now all painted and tiled.
