The Phoenix Property & Pools - May 2008
Here is a recent picture of The Phoenix viewed from a boat on the Caribbean.	Above Residential Buildings C & D of The Phoenix can be seen amidst the coconut palm-lined coastline of the property.
Here is the main pool of The Phoenix. A large deck was built around the pool. Additional seating will be added this Spring & Summer.	With the pool now complete we will soon begin planting more lush tropical landscaping at the center of the property.
Here is the lap pool of The Phoenix. Wooden pergolas will be installed over the seating area at the east end of the pool to provide shade.	Here is the main pool of The Phoenix along with Building D and the Caribbean Sea in the background.
The picture above focuses on the palm tree-lined beachfront of The Phoenix.	Here is the beachfront of San Pedro looking south from the rooftop of Building A.
This is Residential Building A of The Phoenix in early May 2008. Three condos remain for sale in this building.	Here is Residential Building B in early May 2008. Two condos remain for sale in this building.

The Phoenix was designed to leave the majority of the beachfront undeveloped to create beautiful views for all 30 condos.	The pools of The Phoenix were designed as a progression of bodies of water that increase in size leading the eye to the Caribbean Sea.
The design of The Phoenix combines modern architecture with lush tropical landscaping to create a beautiful resort environment that will stand apart on Ambergris Caye.	All four Residential Buildings have roof access that provide beautiful Caribbean perspectives such as this.
