The concrete roof deck furniture was recently built atop Building D to create a public space to enjoy a drink, watch the sunset, or take in the amazing Caribbean views.	One U-shaped seating area was built at table height and the other at bar stool height. Presently these tables and chairs and the rest of the roof are being surfaced with HydroStop.
Our crew is also nearly finished with the privacy wall along Middle St.	This wall will serve as a 7' tall barrier between the property and the road.
On the property side of the wall will be lush vegetation filling in the 30' between the privacy wall and the back of Building B.	The vegetation along the beachfront of the property is lush and plentiful.
The finished look of the property will combine white sand beaches seen above with colorful flowers, occasional palms, and other greenery.	Along the southern beachfront of the property, our crew recently completed removing the remnants of our last remaining dock.
