Pool and Property Construction - Late October 2007
This picture captures the construction progress of the two pools of The Phoenix as of late October 2007.	Our crew has formed the lap pool and will soon pour the walls and foundation slab.
The lap pool will be illuminated at night and provide a beautiful perspective from the condos in Buildings B & C.	The design of the property offers bodies of water of increasing size and beauty, moving from the lap pool to the main pool to the Caribbean.
Our crew has recently completed the excavation of the main pool.	Next a concrete blinding will be poured. Then we'll tie a network of steel where we will eventually pour the foundation and walls.
Once the blinding and steel work are complete, our crew will form the main pool's foundation and walls and then pour them.	Here is a view from A8 looking over The Phoenix's two pools and the Caribbean beyond.
This picture captures some of the stunning Caribbean views offered by the spacious private verandas of our condos.	Here is one of the two back staircases behind Building A that lead to the building's roof deck.
Here is the recently completed western wall of The Phoenix.	We have recently posted many new signs on the property of The Phoenix, including this new Sales Office sign.
