The Phoenix Model Condo - May 2008
Each condo at The Phoenix is sold fully-furnished with the same furnishing package as shown in these pictures.	The condos of The Phoenix feature 10' ceilings throughout and beautiful Belizean hardwood cabinetry and doors.
Each kitchen offers a GE stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and slide-in range, as well as a garbage disposal, blender, toaster, coffee maker, purified water system, and more.	The kitchens also come furnished with Kohler fixtures, granite counter tops, dishware, flatware, a set of pots and pans, cooking utensils and more.
The master BR features a luxurious king bed custom made in Belize as well as matching night stands and two overhead reading lights.	Each Phoenix condo comes with two LCD flat screen TVs. In the master BR the TV sits atop a custom made Belizean hardwood dresser and next to an occasional chair also made in Belize.
The guest bedroom offers two twin beds that can be pushed together to form a king as well as two dressers and matching lamps.	The living rooms and bedrooms are outfitted with elegant sheer drapes and black out drapes on separate curtain rods.
The guest bathroom are finished with marble counter tops and Kohler fixtures, and provide plush oversized 100% cotton towels.	The master bathrooms feature two 5' wide mirrors on either wall that rest on floating shelves that create more counter space.
Both bathrooms feature large open showers and in the master bath there is also a luxurious Kohler Jacuzzi tub.	The condos all have gorgeous 8' tall interior psalm wood doors that were custom designed and made in San Pedro.
Each Phoenix condo provides a spacious private veranda that has a dining table and four chairs along with two chaise lounge chairs.	A stainless steel handrail system was installed on each veranda to provide security while not obstructed the beautiful Caribbean views.
