The Phoenix Property May 2007 - 1



This is Residential Building D of The Phoenix.
It contains six completed beachfront condos.



This is a view of Residential Building A, which
contains 12 condos presently under construction.




Building A's eastern face is being painted with a cream colored
acrocrete. The acrocrete finish provides color, texture, and protection.




The building's main face is being painted. After that, tile will
be laid on the verandas and then their faces will be painted.





Residential Building C contains six condos presently under
construction. Our crew is installing the condos' windows and doors.







Residential Building B also contains six condos presently under
construction. The roof of Building B was poured earlier this month.




Here is a view of the center of the property. Here is where
the two main pools of The Phoenix will be built this summer.




The design of The Phoenix sets aside a good portion of land for the
pools and grounds, and reflects the low density of this development.






This is the fence recently built along our southern perimeter.
We will next grow vines and greenery along the fence.






Each condo offers spacious verandas that look out over the Caribbean.
