The Phoenix Pools Complete - March 2008 - 2
This is the U-shaped sitting area built into the east end of
the lap pool. This will be a shaded area to relax in the water.
This is the beautiful framed view looking out through the 6' by 6'
opening in the sitting area at the southeast corner of the main pool
.
Eight arching water spouts flow into the
lower pool from the wall of this sitting area.
The sitting area will be finished with wooden pergolas similar
to those found above the third floor condos to create shade.
The pool bar and lap pool sitting area will also be finished with wooden pergolas resting on the 12" by 12" columns seen here to create shade.
The pools of The Phoenix take
on a very different look at night.
At dusk the pools of The Phoenix begin their transition.
The logo of The Phoenix is illuminated
by the many lights in the lower pool.
At night the color of water becomes a beautiful aquamarine.
These are the Venetian stairs at the south end of the upper pool which
merge into the curved seating area built 18" below the water level.
The pool lights were installed in
groups of four along various walls.
The lap pool of The Phoenix features
lights offset along the two longer walls.
