The Phoenix Pool Construction - Late December 2007
Here are the pools viewed from condo B5 in late December 2007.	A foundation wall for the lap pool's deck is now complete. A hardscape surface will extend from this wall to the pool's edge.
Construction has also begun on the pool bar and deck area.	The bar is located between the two pools and will serve drinks, take food orders from our restaurant, and offer towels and other services.
Here is a view looking back towards the pool bar and lap pool.	A spacious deck area is being built between the two pools where Phoenix guest will be able to relax in the sun and shade.
The main pool of The Phoenix offers sun for most of the day and later in the afternoon shade along its southern half.	This picture focuses on the area where a large sun deck will be built.
The sun deck was placed in this location because this area will experience the most amount of sun on the property from November through June each year.	The deck is being built opposite the lower portion of the main pool. A staircase will be built behind the palm providing access to another sun deck along the upper portion of the main pool.
