The wooden handrails along the verandas of Building
D's second and third floor condos are now complete.

Handrails are not being installed on our first floor condos so that owners
can walk from their verandas straight out onto The Phoenix's property
.

The Phoenix handrail system was designed to provide security and
allow the views from each condo to be obstructed as little as possible.

10 stainless steel cables run the length of each veranda,
secured by stainless steel posts bolted into the veranda slab.

These cables and posts combine to create a secure barrier
at the veranda's edge, while also being largely invisible.

The materials and design of the handrails are similar to
the pergolas that were installed above our third floor condos.

Together the two systems create a beautiful accent
to the modern architectural style of the buildings.

The locally-made wood furniture was designed
to compliment each building's wood details.
