A veranda table with seating for four is also included in the furnishing package. Owners can upgrade to a larger table and seating for six as well.	In addition on the veranda can be found two chaise lounge chairs that have moveable drink trays.
Above each of the mirrors in the master and guest bathrooms are stainless steel vanity light fixtures.	Above the king bed in each condo we have installed adjustable elegant reading lights.
Each kitchen comes equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, blender, set of knives, cutting board, assorted utensils, and a set of Tupperware.	The furnishing package also includes six of the following: dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, coffee mugs, large plastic glasses, small plastic glasses, large glasses, and wine glasses.
Wait, there's more. The furnishing package also includes additional spatulas, serving spoons, a can opener, and other kitchen essentials.	The set of flatware includes six of the following: knives, dinner forks, salad forks, large spoons, and small spoons.
Here is the kitchen and living room of a Phoenix condo outfitted with the standard furnishing package.	This master bathroom features many of the towels and bathroom accessories that are also part of the furnishing package.
This Phoenix kitchen shows how the four dining chairs are arranged around the drop down breakfast bar of the kitchen island.	Elegant sheer window treatments are also included in each condo, along with black out drapes that hang on a separate curtain rod.
