This is residential Building B in late December 2007. Three condos remain for sale in this building.	This is residential Building A which looks out over the pools onto the Caribbean. Presently four condos remain for sale in this building.
Here is the multi-leveled main pool of The Phoenix just prior to midday in late December 2007.	Here is the lap pool of The Phoenix. Next month the surrounding pool deck will be completed.
