The Phoenix Pool Construction - December 2007
Here are the pools viewed from condo A12 in early December 2007.	A trench is being dug around the pools where part of the foundation of the pool deck will be poured.
The upper half of the main pool will have a long infinity edge that runs parallel to the Caribbean beyond.	All of the area between the pool walls and the trench will become a spacious pool deck for pool users.
At the southeast corner of the pool (at bottom in this picture) a shaded sitting area will be built.	At the northeast corner of the pool (upper right in this picture) a large square pool deck will be built for relaxing poolside.
Next to the southwest corner of the pool (directly above) there will be a bar along with bistro tables and chairs set up for guests.	The construction of the lap pool's deck has also begun.
The lap pool's deck will extend 8' to the south and be buttressed by over 11' of landscaping in front of Building A's first floor condos.	Once the pool decks near completion our crew will begin to mosaic tile the lap pool and main pool.
As pool construction progresses our crew has also been working on a retaining wall along the beachfront.	Half of the retaining wall has been poured, and the other half will be poured this coming week.
