D1 Construction Progress - February 2007

D1 is the first floor beachfront condo on the south side of Building D.

D1 is presently serving as our model condo.

The kitchen of D1 offers beautiful Belizean artwork
painted by Chris Emmanuel, a famous local artist.

The guest bedroom of D1 also features Chris Emmanuel's artwork.

D1's veranda displays the beautiful hardwood
furniture provided with every Phoenix condo.

Each veranda offers two chaise lounge chairs
along with a dining table and four dining chairs.

This is the new Parsons table featured in our model condo.
