C3 Construction Progress - December 2007

Here is residential Building C in late December 2007. Condo
C3 is the second floor two bedroom condo seen here on the left.

C3's veranda provides areas in the
sun and shade for most of the day.

Here is a view of the main pool of The Phoenix in late

Condo C3 offers gorgeous Caribbean views like this.

The kitchen cabinetry of condo C3 will be installed in January 2008.

Here is the large closet found in C3's master bedroom.

This is the frame where the Jacuzzi tub in C3's master
bathroom will be installed alongside the condo's spacious shower.

The toilets in C3's two bathrooms were recently installed.

Each shower in condo C3 offers a wide
bench at its rear to make bathing easier.

Each shower also offers two shelves built into the wall.

The guest bedroom of condo C3 offers a large 4' by 4' window.

The guest bathroom of condo C3 is nearing completion. Next
month our crew will begin installation of the bathroom cabinets.
