C1 Construction Progress - March 2007

C1's 1,585 interior square foot floor plan makes
it our largest remaining two bedroom condo for sale.

C1 offers an amazing Caribbean view from its living
room, master bedroom, and beachfront-facing veranda.

The drop ceiling above the veranda is nearly complete.

The drop ceiling inside C1 is now being built with treated pine.

Next, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning
equipment will be installed inside the drop ceiling.

C1 is the first floor condo on left. The condo will offer views of
the Caribbean and the elegant pool and grounds of The Phoenix.
