C1 Construction Progress - September 2007

Here is C1's Caribbean view, which also overlooks the
portion of the property where our main pool will be built.

With the finish plaster of the exterior of C1 now complete our
crew will begin painting and tiling the veranda in early October.

C1 is the first floor condo pictured here. The property of
The Phoenix will be in-filled to one step below C1's veranda.

Here is the recently painted and tiled master bedroom of C1.

The living room and kitchen of C1
were also recently painted and tiled.

The exterior of Building C will be painted over next couple of
weeks with the cream colored acrocrete used on Buildings A & D.
