C1 Construction Progress - October 2007

With the interior of C1 now painted and tiled, our
crew is installing finishing details like fans & light fixtures.

Next our crew will complete
the base molding along C1's walls.

All of our first floor condos offer terrific Caribbean
views because of the height of each building's foundation.

Here is the view from inside C1 looking
out on the main pool of The Phoenix.

The veranda of C1 was recently painted and tiled.

The veranda tiled used at The Phoenix resembles the
look of the interior tile and also has additional texture.

The glass block in the master shower's wall is complete.
Next our crew will tile the interior of the shower.

The main window in the spacious
guest bedroom of C1 was recently installed.

Here is the upper half of the owner's closet in C1.

The tile work is nearly complete
in the shower of C1's guest bathroom.

Here is C1 in the process of getting painted and tiled.

The exterior of Building C is being painted with the
same cream colored acrocrete used on Buildings A & D.
