B3 Construction Progress - November 2007

B3 is the second floor one bedroom condo seen here at left.

The veranda of B3 wraps around its offset living room
and offers 510 square feet of private outdoor space.

The design of B3's veranda creates a private
and shaded area just outside the master bedroom.

Here is the view of the Caribbean and
main pool from the veranda of condo B3.

The plycem has been installed in the drop ceiling. Next our crew
will tape the ceiling and then begin to paint and tile the condo.

This is the view looking out through B3's
8' tall master bedroom windows and doors.

The plycem portion and taping of the drop ceiling
in the master bedroom of B3 is nearing completion.

With the drop ceiling in the master bath of B3 now
complete the room will soon be painted and tiled.

This is the main staircase of Building
B that leads to second floor condo B3.

The hallway leading to condo B3 was
recently painted and is now being tiled.
