B2 Construction Progress - September 2007

The finish plaster of the exterior of B2 is complete.

Our crew recently began building the treated pine
drop ceiling inside B2's living room and kitchen area.

Inside the master bedroom the treated pine ceiling is
further along and light fixtures are now being installed.

Because the foundation of Building B is raised over 6' above sea
level first floor condo B2 can provide this expansive Caribbean view.

Our crew here uses B2's spacious veranda to pile construction materials.

With the completion of Building B's finish plaster all of the concrete
and plaster work for the condos of The Phoenix is now complete.
