B1 Construction Progress - November 2007

B1 is the first floor condo seen here at left. It faces
the Caribbean and offers beautiful unobstructed views.

The exterior of Building B is now being painted.

B1's 510 square foot veranda wraps around the offset living room.

Here is the view of the Caribbean and pools from condo B1.

The drop ceiling in the living room of B1 is now complete.

The crew has completed the installation of recessed lights,
A/C ducting, plumbing and electrical work in the drop ceiling.

Here is the Caribbean view looking through
the master bedroom's windows and doors.

The drop ceiling in the master bedroom has been taped
and will be painted, along with the walls, in December 2007.

The master bathroom will be painted and tiled in December 2007.

The hallway leading to condos B1 and
B2 is presently being painted and tiled.
