B1 Construction Progress - February 2008

Here is the Caribbean view from condo B1 in the early morning
hours overlooking the lap pool and main pool of The Phoenix.

Condo B1 offers a wrap-around
veranda that is 510 square feet in size.

With condo B1 now fully painted and tiled our crew has begun
installing the base molding which can be seen here at right.

The base molding of B1's master
bedroom is also being worked on.

Condo B1 offers a very nice Caribbean view from its master
bedroom through the windows and doors pictured here.

The shower in B1's master bedroom was recently tiled. The shower has
two built in shelves and glass block that will filter light into the room.
