Aerial Views of The Phoenix & Ambergris Caye - February 2007 - 1
These pictures of The Phoenix were taken in early February 2007.	When complete, The Phoenix will feature lush landscaping throughout the grounds similar to the palm-lined beachfront and neighboring properties.
The Phoenix is being built adjacent to Paradise Villas, seen at left.	Paradise Villas were built by our developer Jerry McDermott in 1989. They were the first condos built on Ambergris Caye.
The Phoenix has a very low condo density on its two acre plot compared to other developments on Ambergris Caye.	The Phoenix offers over 300' of beachfront footage.
This is the completed Building D, which houses six beachfront condos.	This is Building C. The roof of this building will be poured soon.
Building A offers 12 condos oriented to provide terrific Caribbean views from each condo's spacious private veranda.	Building B is where our 1 BR & 3 BR condos are being built. The third floor slab will soon be poured, to be followed by the construction of the third floor walls and the pouring of the roof by the end of April.
