Here is the painted and tiled living room of A8. Next
our crew will begin installing recessed lights and fans.

A8 provides and expansive Caribbean view from its veranda.

Each room in condo A8 opens to its spacious
veranda, which is now fully painted and tiled.

Here is a framed view that the architecture
of The Phoenix creates from A8's veranda.

A8 is the only remaining second floor condo in Building A. It also
has the largest veranda (770 square feet) of any remaining condo.

With the exterior of Building A now fully painted and tiled, our
crew will focus on finishing the interiors of the Building's 12 condos.
