A7 Construction Progress - December 2007

A7 is the second floor condo pictured here.

Condo A7 offers a beautiful Caribbean view from its veranda.

Here is the main pool of The Phoenix viewed from condo A7.

In December 2007 the Belizean hardwood cabinets,
granite countertops, and recessed lights were all installed.

Each Phoenix kitchen offers attractive recessed lighting along the top
row of kitchen cabinets and under counter lighting along the bottom row.

The slide-in range and microwave were installed in December and
the refrigerator and dishwasher will be installed in January 2008.

The kitchen island has a separate
breakfast bar installed at table height.

The marble countertops and Kohler fixtures of A7's guest bathroom
were recently installed. Next month the mirrors will arrive.

The master bath cabinets are now complete.

Large benches were built into the back
wall of each shower to make bathing easier.
