A6 Construction Progress - December 2007

A6 is the second floor condo pictured here.

Condo A6 offers amazing Caribbean views from its veranda.

Here is the main pool of The Phoenix viewed from condo A6.

In December 2007 the Belizean hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, recessed lights, and GE stainless steel appliances were all installed.

Each Phoenix kitchen offers attractive recessed lighting along the top
row of kitchen cabinets and under counter lighting along the bottom row.

The kitchen island has a separate
breakfast bar installed at table height.

Each Phoenix condo comes equipped with installed appliances and
smaller appliances such as blenders, toasters, coffee makers, and more.

The marble countertops and Kohler fixtures of A6's bathrooms were recently installed. Next month our standard Phoenix mirrors will arrive.

The king beds in each Phoenix condo
feature upholstered headboards.

In the guest bedroom two twin beds
can be pushed together to form a king bed.

Each Phoenix condo comes with a three seat
couch in the living room that opens up to a queen bed.
