This is the new Belizean hardwood entrance door to condo A5.

This is the living room of condo A5 in mid February 2008.

The dining room of condo A5 features four sets of
single hung double wide Weathershield windows.

Each Phoenix condo offers Belizean hardwood cabinetry, Kohler
fixtures, granite countertops, and GE stainless steel appliances.

looking out towards the pools and grounds of The Phoenix.

The guest bedroom of condo A5
features a large Belizean hardwood closet.

Each master bathroom features two Kohler sinks, Kohler fixtures,
marble countertops, psalm cabinetry, and other fine finishing details.

The Jacuzzi tub in A5 will soon be set and
the Kohler fixtures will also be installed.

Stainless steel handrails will be installed along the
spacious wrap around of condo A5 will be installed next month.

built along the beachfront of The Phoenix.
