A3 is the first floor condo being built two condos in from the
beachfront to the right of the main staircase of Building A.

This is the fully painted and tiled living room and kitchen area of A3.

The master bedroom offers a large walk-in
closet and separate owner's closet above.

Large amounts of glass block will filter light
into the guest bathroom and the guest shower.

The master bathroom of A3 offers an
open shower design and a large jacuzzi tub.
