A3 Construction Progress - May 2008

Here is the kitchen and living room of condo A3.

Condo A3 features the same high quality granite
countertops found in the other condos of The Phoenix.

All of the Belizean hardwood kitchen cabinets at The Phoenix
continue to the ceiling and feature recessed and undercounter lights.

Three pendant lights hang above each kitchen island.

The master bathroom is nearly complete
and will be finished later this month.

Above is the spacious Jacuzzi tub alongside the large
open shower in the master bathroom of condo A3.

Condo A3's guest bedroom is finished with the same marble
countertops and Kohler fixtures as found in the master bathroom.

All 12 condos in Building A feature a large walk-in
closet with separate Owner's closet storage above.

Condo A3 offers a 550 square foot
private veranda seen here on the left.
