A3 Construction Progress - December 2007

A3 is the first floor condo seen here. The living room, guest
bedroom, and master bedroom all open to the spacious veranda.

A3's veranda extends nearly 12' towards the pools and grounds.

Here is the living room and
kitchen of condo A3 in December 2007.

The Belizean hardwood cabinets and
granite countertops were installed this month.

Next the GE stainless steel appliances will be installed.

The kitchen island has a separate
breakfast bar installed at table height.

Recessed lighting was installed
along the top row of kitchen cabinets.

All of the wood finish work in A3 has been
completed, including the 8' tall hallway doors pictured here.

The guest bathroom's marble countertop was recently
installed. The sink was offset to create an area to fold laundry.

The master bathroom's marble countertop and
Kohler fixtures were also recently installed.

The marble trim around the
Jacuzzi tub was also recently completed.

Here is the closet of A3's guest bedroom.

All of the bath and kitchen
fixtures have been installed in condo A3.
