A1 Construction Progress - December 2007

Here is the east half of Building A in late December 2007.
A1 is the first floor condo on the east corner of Building A.

Our crew has started to raise the elevation of the ground around
A1's veranda. Finished ground level will be one step down from A1.

The spacious kitchen of condo A1 was recently completed.

The GE stainless steel appliances and
granite countertops were installed in December.

The countertops are made from granite mined in Guatemala.

The kitchen island has a separate
breakfast bar installed at table height.

The guest bathroom's marble countertop was recently
installed. The sink was offset to create an area to fold laundry.

The master bathroom's marble countertop and
Kohler fixtures were also recently installed.

The Jacuzzi tub's marble trim was also installed in December 2007.
