The third floor of Building A will be
coated in acrocrete later this month.

The air conditioning ducting is presently
being installed in the drop ceiling of A12.

A12's 400 square foot private veranda will provide
beautiful views of the pool, grounds, and Caribbean.

All of the condos at The Phoenix offer terrific Caribbean views like this.

A12 is unique in that it also offers gorgeous lagoon views.
