A12 Construction Progress - September 2007

This is the beautiful Caribbean view from condo A12. A12 is one of
the two remaining third floor two bedroom condos at The Phoenix.

Wooden pergolas will soon be
installed over A12's private veranda.

Inside A12 our crew will soon install lighting fixtures
and fans, to be followed by woodworks in January 2008.

The veranda of A12 will feature stainless steel cable
handrails matching the system recently installed on Building D.

A12's verandas offers both Caribbean and sunrise views
to the east and lagoon and sunset views to the west.

A12 is the third floor condo pictured here. It's location looks out
over the portion of the property where our lap pool will be built.
