A12 Construction Progress - December 2007

A12 is the third floor condo on the west corner of Building A. A12
is the only remaining third floor two bedroom condo at The Phoenix.

Condo A12 offers a private veranda that looks out
onto the pools of The Phoenix and the Caribbean.

The 4' by 4' openings in the privacy walls
between condos create beautiful framed views.

Here is the living room and kitchen of A12 in
December 2007. Woodwork installation will begin in 2008.

The west wall of A12's living room and kitchen has two 4' by 4'
windows. These windows will bring a lot of natural light into the room.

Large benches were built into the back
wall of each shower to make bathing easier.
